A lot of blood, sweat and press checking went into these menus. blue grillhouse is an upscale, unconventional steakhouse and then some. The Paxos restaurant group wanted these to have a modern feel but with a twist. These menus captured steampunkesk methodology in a classy way. There wasn’t a single detail spared on these, from the fonts, to the copper selection, to the paper texture, to the way the finish affected the blue color on the cover.
